IT Engineer

1.Installation, Configuration, Administration and Upgrade of Linux/windows Operating systems and software applications.

2 Repair Corrupted File Systems

3 Monitoring the system performance. Perform User Account and Group and Security Administration.

4. Disk Management, Logical Volume Management LVM and logical partitioning.

5. Configuration and maintain Synology Server and maintain weakly backup.

6.Manage IT Stock inventory.

7. Set up user and group login ID’s, printing parameters, network configuration, password, resolving permissions issues.

8. Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly and efficiently.

10. Monitor system performance and conduct regular system audits.

11. Assist in the implementation and support of IT projects.

12. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

13. Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system efficiency and user experience.

**Qualifications:**

– Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

– Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.

– Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Git, Bitbucket).

– Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
